Aguada Fort, Goa

Fort Aguada is located on Sinquerim Beach, North Goa district. The Fort was constructed in 1613 by Portuguese rulers to save from Marathas and Dutch invaders. Daily numbers of tourist come to visits its light house and Fort walls. Currently mostly Fort’s lands covered by ‘Fort Aguada Beach Resort’ which owned The Indian Hotels Co. (TATA Group).
