Old orignal temple was destroyed by Portuguese in 1564 and new temple was made by Chatrapati Shahu Maratha ruled in 1738. Shri Mangueshi temple is another fmous temple which located 22km far from Panaji city. This temple is dedicated to Lord Mangueshi. |
